A basket full of Goodies...? We always endeveaour to offer a service for everyone, whether you need it Saturday, Sunday or as soon as possible I'm sure we can help.

Standard Delivery

Items purchased using our standard delivery will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Post or by DPD Local Courier service, depending on the size and weight of the items ordered. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery. In the case of a delivery delay by Royal Mail please note that no action can be taken until 14 days from the dispatch date. If delivery has still not been made after this time either a replacement or refund will be given.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday using our standard delivery will be dispatched the same day subject to availability.

Courier Delivery

Orders placed using our next working day service before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day* on a next working day service. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the following working day.

Orders placed before 2pm using our Next working day AM service will be despatched the same day* for delivery in the morning of the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the following working day.

Saturday and Sunday Delivery orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the same Friday for delivery on the respective day.

There are no deliveries on Bank Holidays.

*Orders containing personalised items will incur a 1-3 day delay before despatch.

Delivery Times

We endeavour to make sure all delivery timescales are met but occasionally incidents out of our control such as weather or courier problems can cause delays - in such cases we will try our utmost to make the above timescales, but delays can occur.
